Registration Fees

Registration for the conference is open to all persons interested and involved in the building construction industry. Members or staff from the organising committee organisations are eligible for member rate registration options.

Information

Please note that the registration options shown on the Registration Form are the only ones available. The fees shown cannot be reduced for non-attendance at particular sessions/functions.

Payment of fees must accompany the Registration Form. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Registration fees are in New Zealand dollars.

Payment may be made by:

  • Visa, Mastercard and Amex
  • Personal or company cheque (only for registrants within New Zealand)
  • International bank draft in New Zealand dollars

Delegates should finalise registration procedures before taking part in the conference. Registration will be open at the conference venue from 11.00 am on Thursday 12 October 2017. Lunch will be available from 11.30 am - 12.45 pm on Thursday 12 October.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified to the Conference Secretary in writing.  Full refunds are available (less $NZ100 for administration costs) for any cancellations received in writing prior to 8 September 2017. 50% refunds (less accommodation deposit and $NZ100 for administration costs) are available before 15 September 2017.  No refunds will apply after this date but substitute delegates will be accepted.

 

Proceedings/Papers

A bound set of conference abstracts will be distributed to delegates upon registration at the conference.

A bound set of conference papers can be purchased as an optional extra during the registration process.

 

Dress Requirements

Dress for conference sessions is normal business attire.

The recommended dress for attending the conference dinner and Awards evening on Friday 13 October is formal (black tie optional).

 

Special Requirements

If you have need for a special diet, require any special assistance or need a room with facilities for the disabled please let us know. We will be glad to assist wherever possible.

 

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants should make arrangements for insurance to cover loss of baggage, personal accident and illness when making travel reservations through their travel agent.

Neither the conference nor its sponsors assume responsibility or liability for loss, injury or damages to persons or belongings, howsoever caused. Participants are advised to take out whatever insurance they consider necessary.
