REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All registrations will be acknowledged by email.  It is therefore important that you include on your registration form the email address you would like your confirmation sent to, and write clearly.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement email, please check your junk/spam folder, then contact the team at  This email address is being protected from spambots. TRADE EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

All trade exhibit booths include 2.3m high display panelling, fascia system with company name, lighting and power connections.  All other display furniture (including tables) must be supplied by exhibitors themselves.  Should you wish to hire AV equipment or furniture, please contact Nicole Espinosa from  This email address is being protected from spambots. Te Papa will be open for the set up of displays from 3-8pm Wednesday 11 October, and 7-11am Thursday 12 October.  Set up must be completed no later than 11am Thursday.

Exhibitor attendance at conference technical sessions and/or conference dinners is an optional extra.  Should you wish to attend these events, please complete and send through your registration form.


CATERING

Refreshment breaks and lunches will be provided for the duration of the conference. All catering will be served in the trade exhibition area.


DRESS

Dress for all sessions is smart casual.  Dress for the Friday dinner & Awards evening is formal (black tie optional).


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Every effort will be made to ensure delegates with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance or catering, please give details on your registration form.
